All quoted shipping prices on orders are guidelines for standard shipping. Overwieght, and oversized packages and express shipments will be charged up and beyond quoted prices on the order to cover cost of the shipment.
Orders that are to be express shipped does not gaurantee delievery in time needed. It just means that one the part is recieved here that it will ship via express methods. (next day air or which ever method customer asks for) We do strive to have most parts in stock, and in most cases the parts do arrive to customers time frame.
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS depending on size. If you need faster service please tell us how you would like your item shipped. We strive to ship All in stock orders same day if order is recieved by NOON central time. However sometimes we do get back logged and it may require an addtional day to ship. Orders shipped outside of the continental USA are subject to Actual UPS charges and taxes and levys are responsiblity of the customer.

Orders will ship out at quoted shiping price UNLESS order is over 10LBS.
Orders over 10lbs will be subject to actual UPS shipping charges, customers' card will be billed at time of invoicing for any additional shipping charges that may occur.
Most parts are in stock or available within 1-2 business days. Some special order parts may take longer. We have alligned with very efficient suppliers and things typically go smooth. But sometimes a part is backordered at the central and may take additional time to ship.
Parts that are ordered and not an in store stock item will be considered a special ordered part and will be billed to customer at time of invoicing.
Orders that are to large to ship through the USPS or UPS will go truck freight, (call for a quote, 320-983-3234)
Handling charges are included in the shipping prices.

RETURN POLICY
25% restocking fee charged to all exchanges and returns. ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES MUST HAVE AN RMA. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Cancelled orders are subject to 25% handling fee of order total if customer has already been invoiced. Orders can only be cancelled by phone 320-983-3799

Occasionally a product is shipped and is defective, we want you to contact us with your concerns at 320-983-3799 and we will arrange shipment back to our store for an exchange. All we ask is that the product is returned complete and in new condition. and with and AUTHORIZED RMA Number
ENGINES, SHORTBLOCKS, LAWNMOWERS, CHAINSAWS, SNOWBLOWERS, OR ANY PRODUCT WITH AN ENGINE OR A POWER UNIT MOUNTED TO IT IS NOT RETURNABLE.
Parts Returned without an Authorized RMA number will become property of Milaca Lawn and Garden and will not be refunded any money. Please call for a RMA before attempting to return any product.
Parts can only be returned for EXCHANGE.
Electrical parts and tubes are not returnable.
ALL EXCHANGES
Must be AUTHORIZED by Milaca Lawn and Garden before return. Call us at 320-983-3799. Unauthorized returns will be refused and discarded by Milaca Lawn and Garden.
PART MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS INVOICE DATE. NO returns that arrive here after 30 days will be exchanged.
ENGINES and SHORT BLOCKS, OR ANY UNIT WITH AN ENGINE MOUNTED TO IT ARE NOT RETURNABLE
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS NOT STOCKED IN STORE ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
Merchindise items must be in new condition, and in it's undamaged, unopened original packaging. Shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE and a 25% Restocking fee will be charged.
RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE
ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED BY E-MAIL
SORRY WE CAN NOT ACCEPT any returned Electrical merchandise, tires, tubes, Gaskets or Seals.
